SOLVETHIX LTD (SOLVETHIX EOOD), UIC 208372734, is a data controller and is committed to the entire process of protecting personal data and complying with all requirements imposed by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) /hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”/.
This “Privacy Policy” aims to inform and explain what personal data we collect and why, how and for what purpose we use it, the conditions under which we provide it to third parties and for what purpose, the conditions for its storage, and the applied security measures.
The security policy of SOLVETHIX LTD may be amended and updated to ensure its compliance with Bulgarian legislation and the European legislation mandatory for application in the Republic of Bulgaria.

SOLVETHIX LTD was established in 2025 with the main scope of business: “consulting services, commercial representation and mediation, trade, production, commission, advertising and information services, import and export of goods, and all other transactions and services not prohibited by law.” The company has its registered office and management address at: Sofia, 20 Hrizantema St., Ent. B.

What data do we collect?
Personal data that we collect as needed, solely for the purpose of performing our activities, includes: names, PIN (EGN), addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, identifying BULSTAT/UIC numbers (for self-insured persons), and bank accounts.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
Personal data is processed solely for official purposes, namely for:
- Establishing contact;
- Concluding contracts;
- Accounting and legal needs.
How long do we store personal data?
Data for individuals is stored for different periods of time (terms) depending on the requirements of the applicable legislation, sufficient to fulfill the respective purpose, except in cases where these individuals request “to be forgotten.”
Who has access to your personal data?
We do not provide or sell personal data to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Data is only provided to:
- State institutions and bodies such as the National Revenue Agency (NAP), State Agency for National Security (DANS), and others that are legally established recipients when required by law;
- For accounting services—to the legal entity that performs such services for us;
- In case of legal necessity—to a lawyer or law firm;
- To other counterparties of the company on a legal basis for providing the data, or in the presence of explicit consent from the data subject, or by virtue of a contract with them;
Our Internet or hosting service providers through which customers contact us or use our services have access to all encrypted or unencrypted information exchanged, IP addresses, or databases, depending on their activity related to our company.
The bank servicing the activities of SOLVETHIX LTD may use bank accounts, customer names, and other necessary data for performing bank transfers and in accordance with applicable legislation.

SOLVETHIX LTD takes such technical and organizational security measures against unauthorized and illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage to personal data as may be required, taking into account the state of technical development, common practice, and legal requirements.

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. SOLVETHIX LTD does not apply automated individual decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.

SOLVETHIX LTD will ensure the exercise of your rights related to personal data protection within the timeframes and according to the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
Every person whose personal data is processed under this policy has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CPDP/KZLD or the competent Court) in connection with the processing of their personal data.
The provision of personal data by employees and counterparties of SOLVETHIX LTD is a mandatory legal requirement. The provision of personal data by other data subjects is a contractual requirement. In the event that a data subject does not wish to provide their data, a contract cannot be concluded with them, nor can they participate in any relationships or activities performed by SOLVETHIX LTD.
